Mountain summits are often totally enveloped in fog, which sometimes only breaks for a magnificent view once below the peak. But the fog adds to the mystical magical feel of being up so high…..sometimes with the wind howling over the rocks and stunted trees, or perhaps a quiet and calm sense of being on top of the world!
